This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions to EraMentor, operated by Madole Labs, based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
1. Subscription Renewals
EraMentor subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), unless you cancel before the renewal date. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
2. Refunds for Accidental Renewals
We understand that accidental renewals can happen. Madole Labs offers full refunds for accidental renewals requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
To request a refund for an accidental renewal:

- Include the email address associated with your EraMentor account
- Mention the approximate date and amount of the charge
- Specify whether it was a monthly or yearly subscription
Once approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. No Prorated or Partial Refunds
Except for accidental renewals within the 48-hour window described above, we do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time on a subscription. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur unless you restart your subscription.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to review your account and work with you to resolve any billing issues.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing paid features, please contact us at [email protected] . We may offer account credits or extensions at our discretion, but these are not guaranteed and do not replace the refund rules above.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the �Last updated� date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
